What We Believe

We believe Wanaque Borough deserves local government that is transparent, accountable, and responsive to the people it serves.

We believe residents of Wanaque and Haskell should be informed before major decisions are made—not left trying to piece things together after the fact.

We believe growth should be thoughtful, appropriate, and carefully managed so that development does not overwhelm our roads, schools, services, taxpayers, or quality of life.

We believe responsible spending matters. Borough government should respect the financial pressure residents are already under and look carefully at how every dollar is spent.

We believe public safety and essential services must be supported, including our Police, Fire, EMS, DPW, and the people who keep our community running.

We believe small businesses and local institutions are part of what make Wanaque and Haskell strong, and they deserve practical support from local leadership.

Most of all, we believe residents deserve to be heard, respected, and included in shaping the future of the community we all call home.
